Founded in 2075 BS, KhullaNote started as a simple idea — to make high-quality academic notes and affordable second-hand books easily accessible to students across Nepal.
Launched in Kageshwori Manahara Municipality by Barta Raj Pyakurel, KhullaNote has grown into a student-focused platform known for its commitment to educational quality. We are proud to support learners all over Kathmandu and beyond with resources that make studying more effective and affordable.
Our mission is to provide curated notes, real-time access to study materials, and promote sustainable learning through the reuse of books — all while keeping students at the heart of everything we do.
About the Founder – Barta Raj Pyakurel
Barta Raj Pyakurel is the founder of KhullaNote and a passionate advocate for quality education. His dedication to research, learning, and academic accessibility led to the creation of a platform that empowers thousands of students every year.
An alumnus of Tribhuvan University, Barta Raj believes in the value of collaboration, consistency, and compassion in education. His leadership and vision continue to guide the growth and purpose of KhullaNote.

Ashik Ghimire is the Co-Founder of KhullaNote, and the founder of VisionaryTech Pvt. Ltd. and Scan Bhansa. A tech entrepreneur, developer, and educator, Ashik is passionate about both learning and teaching.
Known for his innovative spirit and dedication to building digital solutions for real-world problems, he brings technical expertise and a human-centered mindset to the KhullaNote team. Ashik is also admired as a humble, driven, and genuinely kind-hearted individual.
